Herc’s Nutrition Shipping Policy
At Herc’s Nutrition, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we interact with hundreds of customers across Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Each order we receive is broken into two parts that impact delivery time. 1) Processing Time, 2) Shipping Time.
Order verification and packaging. We do our best to make sure orders will be shipped the same business day they are received provided there are no technical or verification issues.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Our standard shipping is Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which is usually 1-2 business days within Ontario, and no more than 5 business days to the rest of Canada. We offer faster shipping options at checkout as alternatives.
We have a standard $10.00 shipping charge to orders under $100 dollars before taxes, and FREE Expedited Parcel shipping over $100 before taxes.
Upon checkout, there will be a standard $10.00 local delivery charge. The local store will be notified of your order, and will make delivery as soon as possible. This is usually by the end of the business day, or next business day. Additional notes are helpful if there are special instructions for delivery.

**Effective March 23rd 2020, due to the restrictions of COVID-19, we will be waiving the $10.00 local delivery charge, and offer FREE local delivery for orders over $50.00. This is in an effort to help reduce the spread of this virus, while still providing our clients with the products they need as part of their healthy lifestyle and fitness goals. This change will remain until there are further updates regarding our ability to offer the level of in-store experience our clients are accustomed to.

At Herc's Nutrition, we do our best to ensure all orders are delivered promptly with same-day shipping and expedited service. However, in the midst of the current pandemic, Canada Post has put forward safety measures and restrictions on its workers which has led to delayed service times.
