HOW TO USE GROUND FLAXSEEDS?
Our organic ground flaxseeds powder can be added to both savory and salty meals.
Add a tablespoon to your cereals, smoothies, salads, oatmeal, yogurts, muffins, cookies, etc.
Widely used in cooking to replace an egg in recipes, simply add 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds + 2½ tablespoons of water and mix. Wait for 10 minutes and cook.
Then, once the bag is open, store them in the fridge or freezer to keep them longer.
